Somu and Rio
This book is a result of Representation Technique’s Studio Work of Visual Communication Programme conducted at IDC, IIT-B, Mumbai. The work is part of a big learning process. All characters, names and locations in the story are fictitious. However, Somu and Rio, both can be found in our daily lives.
The illustration model and challenge was to not show the elements of Human face, which control and represent most of our emotions (think abt :) Smileys). The collages are made from paper, cloth and photoshopped textures. The Typeface used is Klavika.
