This was one of the most interesting Visual Design Problem floated by Prof. Mandar Rane. One always faces problems while applying for passport and filling up lengthy forms. While filling, no one actually knows what things are not relevant and what can be left. Also, there is always a problem for the person, registering entries in the database.
